Excellent very nice mattress

At the moment this Mattress has settled in very very nicely being extremely comfortable with an excellent delivery time and courier.

Absolutely over the moon with our double divan bed, great quality and the delivery is so quick, delivery drivers were lovely and very friendly, this is the second bed we have brought from Rapyal stores in the last month, very happy indeed.

Excellent, superfast delivery during the holiday season

Needed an awkward size of single divan bed which is impossible to find in Britain. Brought a near new expensive orthopaedic mattress with my move from Australia. Left behind the metal framed base. It is a King Single, 107 x 200, a common size over there.
Rapyal do a very reasonably priced 107 x 190 base with drawers and velvety fabric AND the base comes in 2 halves. This allowed me to craft my own 10cm joining section which I covered with the extra pieces of matching fabric which came attached to the bed to hold the drawers shut for transport. Job done at a fraction of the cost of a bespoke divan.
Ordered it together with their magnificent tall faux-leather multi-buttoned headboard.
Most impressed with their delivery service. Ordered at noon and it arrived from Yorkshire ( to South Wales ) the very next afternoon.

We are really pleased with all aspects of the bed. The service we received with the delivery was just perfect. Our experience was first class from start to finish.

Great service from order to delivery … smooth and no problems

After suffering for months with lower back pain, this mattress has given me the best night's sleep pain free.

This company are amazing, I spoke to one customer service advisor to ask about the delivery process as I stay in the Highlands and she was lovely. The whole process was simple from start to finish! The bed is gorgeous. Just as advertised. The mattress is soft! My daughter loves it. And although it does state you could be waiting up to 14 working days for dispatch I didn't have to wait that. It dispatched right after a bank holiday weekend. They even picked a great delivery company to deliver my bed and mattress. Would recommend this company

Easy ordering, next day delivery and a great bed

Very pleased with the bed - the second I've ordered from Rapyal. There were a couple of bolts missing but these were prompty dispatched to me after a quick e-mail.

I was nervous after ordering and seeing some reviews but I needn't have been, the item is great, delivery was fast and overall we are delighted with the service we have received.

Mattress good quality but slightly bigger than the bed frame not easy getting the guess bed in an out headboard very cheaply made it also has a fault on the covering in the corner although pictures were taken upon delivery it was all wrapped in plastic so didn't see the fault until it was unwrapped Rapyal Stores I have no complaints about they did deliver the product on time hassle free

Bed base is amazing great item and worth the money

Straight forward purchase of gas fire BUT appalling delivery service from UPS
Their tracking was way out and dellivery time were not adhered to.The very first delivery time showed I’d had leftvExeter at 09:28
We now know it was not in Exeter at that time!!
Subsequent delivery tracking times were never adhered to over. 5 days!!
Parcel finally appeared at01:00 on Friday 16 th August-The UPS driver only received the parcel for delivery at 9:00 that morning so where had it been for 5 days?
UPS not recommended at all for future deliveries but their driver was helpful and cheerful

Very quick delivery ,easy to assemble so far so good .

Very pleased with fire, have just had it fitted and really pleased with it.
Delivery was supposed to be 7-14 days and it arrived in 3 days and driver
was very helpful.
