What’s included in your guarantee?

Every product on our site includes at least a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. For Rapyal beds, mattresses and headboards, this protection extends to 5 years. Should a problem occur after the first 12 months, simply send us clear photos or a short video of the issue via email. Our team can usually assess and resolve claims without needing to collect the item, meaning faster, more efficient service. If a valid fault is confirmed, we’ll provide replacement parts or a repair free of charge.
