My experience with Rapyal has been very disappointing. First they delivered to a wrong address. Then they made me pay £35 for delivery to correct address. Then they said the mattress will be delivered in 2 days. Nothing happened in 2 days. I called and was told it will be delivered only tomorrow. When the mattress came the packaging was torn all over, the mattress was dirty in many places. And then finally when I unpacked it one of the buttons was hanging loose. I tried pleading with the customer services for a partial refund towards a bed frame that i wanted to buy from them. The answer was simply no. This is in stark contrast to amazing service that I received from other retailers from whom I bought table, chairs and many other large items at the same time.

It's as described, very comfortable. Easy to assemble.

Ordering and delivery was perfect , very organised and straightforward. The bed however for me is too soft and squishy to be an orthopaedic bed as described, it already shows a seat depression where I’ve been sat on it , not the best quality or not as described would be my statement .

For once, I am happy with an order that’s been delivered here to my highland home. Delivered promptly, and the tdelivery driver even put it all in my hallway as I was away and it was roaming outside. The bed is assembled and looks like it does in the picture. Thanks.

Quuck delivery product is good the only fown side is thzt the guest bed if you want yo match it with the single bed is sboyt an inch shorter in height matresses are good qualityand nice to sleep on eady as pie to put together very happy. Ordered and delivered quickly. Delivery guy put it in room it was needed for. Nobody slept on it yet.

Absolutely beautiful bed, multi purpose just as I wanted. Super fast I ordered at 11am and it was delivered about 11am the next day. Gorgeous thick, quality mattresses on both beds. So glad I choose to take a punt and order from you. Highly recommended.

What I liked
Mattress quality: The mattresses feel comfortable and are made of decent material.
Assembly: The bed was fairly easy to put together, even though no written instructions were included.

Delivery
First delivery – The driver never rang the doorbell or knocked, despite his claim that he did. I saw him waiting outside after a missed call, but he didn’t answer my phone. The company couldn’t locate him either. It felt like a one‑person job that should have been a two‑person delivery.
Second delivery – A two‑person team arrived after being called 30 minutes in advance, and the experience was much better.

The Bed Itself
The bed is sturdy and the mattresses are good, but it’s really two twin‑size frames, not a true double.
There is a 4–5 inch length mismatch and a 2–3 inch height difference between the two sides.
The product page is misleading: the description mentions the length difference, but the main image shows a uniform double‑sized bed, giving the impression it can be used as a single double.

Customer Service
Getting through required selecting the sales option; the after‑sales line never answered.
The representative I finally spoke with was pleasant and acknowledged the misleading website. She asked me to email a request for a mattress swap (to equalise the heights) or a refund.
I emailed on 9 July, followed up on 15 July (email) and 16 July (call), then again on 20 July. I have received no response.

Overall Experience
The refund/return policy is restrictive: the item must be in its original packaging, returned within 14 days, and the customer pays the return shipping. This makes it almost impossible to get a refund, especially when the company is hard to reach.

Recommendation
I would avoid Rapyal for this product.
Consider other retailers such as Dreams (longer wait time – about 5 weeks for a trundle) or IKEA, which actually offer true double‑size options.

Bottom line: I’m stuck with a bed that does not meet my needs, had to buy a 2‑inch mattress topper to level the heights, and plan to replace it within a year. The delivery hiccups, misleading product images, and unresponsive customer service make it hard to recommend.

Comfortable and good value. However, height is a bit of an access problem, so probably should be clearly stated

Came 2 days earlier than advised but that worked for me. Helpful driver albeit a bit upset another delivery driver was rude to him when asking for direction - not sure what i can do about that! Nice divan and the right size for my Simba mattress - all seems in order. Did send a couple of email queries after order which went unanswered unfortunately so knocked of a star for the poor comms. Otherwise happy.

A perfectly good bed for the price. I obviously don't know how well it will last, but it's for a spare room, so it doesn't matter.
It was very well packaged. Ordering to delivery was very quick. The actual delivery process was very efficient, and Ropsley kept me informed about delivery time. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't expect the bed to be moved into place, etc.etc.

Very pleased with the trundle bed we purchased. Delivery could have been next day. As we were not ready for the bed for 2 days it was booked in for the day we required the delivery. Notification came with time slot. Driver called to say he was going to be late as stuck in traffic. Would recommend the company to family an friends.
