The delivery driver was outstanding, I've not had customer service that good for over 20yrs , real old fashioned courtesy, absolutely wonderful man called Nadul I hope i have his name right 💯 thank you so much

Excellent service. Questions asked answered promptly. Delivery driver/installer of trundle bed very efficient and pleasant. He was on his own and really could have had a co-worker to assist but did a great job irrespective of this.

Arrived earlier than expected has it was a weekend but received phone call before to let me know time. Has I wasn't expecting it I arranged on the call for him to go to neighbour she would let him in. A pleasant surprise that he was polite, but was concerned if it was safe to be left . Neighbour reassured him that it would be OK has I would be back shortly in the mean time she would take care that it was OK to leave. This is very good but also reassuring that some drivers are giving the best service we can ask for. Thank you

Ordered two beds off this company in the past 2/3 weeks and it's been fantastic! Beds are perfect and very comfortable, exactly how it shows in the photos. Only problem we had was trying to get hold of customer services recently it took a long time to get them to answer but when they did answer they dealt with it quickly . Would buy again.

Fantastic quality.

This is the first time I’ve bought from Raypal stores and I am impressed. The bed itself is good (although I would have preferred the choice of a firm mattress).
All in all a good guest bed.

Online easy it was to easy to order. Staff kept me up to date with delivery times. The delivery drivers were so helpful.

Bed is good quality but not great. However not everything needs to be "great". Ordering and delivery was simple, easy, and all on time etc. One of the bed feet came broken, and rapyal replaced FOC which is good customer service. My only complaint is that they are not super communicative. I emailed about the broken foot for example, and even though they sent a replacement they didn't reply to my email so I had no idea u til it turned up. Despite this a good experience and would reccomend.

The price was good bed quality ok but the delivery was so bad was only one delivery driver for a two person job he was very rude saying he doesn’t want to do this job I paid £70 for the bed to be assembled when he left the ottamon part of the bed wouldn’t close when I phoned him to come back to sort it he said no phone the company when I reported it all I got back was £50 not £70 even though my daughter helped him carry the bed upstairs

I have only given 3* on my review because when I tried to contact them numerous times by phone and once by email, re delivery date, I was ignored. Very poor service on that end. That said I would buy from them again having seen the quality of their mattresses.

Customer service awful ..no one ever answers the phone ! Rang over several days and it just rings out. Tried enq on website and told to write what I wanted to know ..would have taken ages as I wanted a discussion ..I did ask to speak to someone ..no response. I did order in the end just hoping I got it right ..mattress was delivered fine despite no updates re delivery or anything ..and I’m happy with it but wasn’t the easiest experience ! I wanted a very specific size so was restricted or I would likely have gone elsewhere if I’m honest .

Bed base is very standard.loose thread on the base and drawers.
Delivery was left downstairs I had no way of getting to my front door as a 63 year old .a complete hassle.
Not going to buy mattress from this company now .

Very poor service. Bed has arrived damaged and they Rapyal are not responding to emails or calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Quick delivery service and the bed was taken to the correct room upstairs.The bed we are very pleased with, it is very comfortable and seems well made.

Easy order and delivery process

I had a bit of a disaster with my beds I ordered.
It did get sorted in the end with the company giving me a good will gesture that I accepted.
I would give them another chance as they were very helpful.

Bed a bit to hard for me i should have ordered a medium

I was looking for 3'6 bed as a 4' would of been to big . I came across Rapyal stores on line and found exactly what I wanted . It is so comfortable, so pleased with it . The delivery driver was so nice , couldn't believe how gard he worked all on his own.

This is what is advertised, looks just as it does on the website it looks and feels incredible.
I only wish the legs on the headboard was longer.
They delivered the bed to the room and installed it very good service I would recommend.

Great service. Great product . Only ordered it last wednesday evening and delivered on Good Friday ( within 48 hours) Follow up service really helpful and Sham, helped guide me through a couple of bits.

Lovely bed at a reasonable price

Was really impressed with Rapyal. Not only was the website easy to navigate but when I had questions, the customer service was excellent. The price of my product was excellent compared to other sites for exactly the same product. Once product was received the delivery guys were lovely and considerate. My trundle bed was well made and good quality and mattresses very comfortable. One happy customer here.

Really really impressed with the quality of my excellent bed. More impressed however with the kindness and courtesy of your two delivery drivers. Wish I knew their names and you can maybe give them a well-deserved pay rise.

First class service from ordering to delivery

I recently bought a divan bed and my experience has been stellar:
1) I was impressed by the variety, speed and flexibility to customize. It makes a huge difference that this is a UK-based manufacturer!.
2) Delivery was quick, punctual and very professional ( the driver called me in advance to arrange slot, he was friendly and delivered the bed carefully)
3) Quality is good and bed looks sturdy. I have not tried it for a long period of time but so far so good.

Overall, I would highly recommend and I am very impressed by this company.

Happy enough with bed - I accidentally ordered a 3ft bed when I wanted 3ft 6" - The returns policy looked complicated and seemed like I would have to pay myself to return the item (even if I just wanted a replacement for more money), so I didn't bother and just kept the bed. I'll use a better company next time with a fair returns policy.
