If you live in a surcharge postcode area then we cannot offer a next working day service. It normally takes 3 – 5 working days.

Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.
Description
The Broseley Hereford 7 Electric Stove is a perfect piece for homeowners looking for a traditional wood burning stove look and feel, in a less costly and easy to install package.
Each unit is made from high quality British steel, which is given a matt black finish to perfectly replicate the look of a traditional cast iron wood burning stove.
This unit is more than just for show however, with a 2kW electric heat output that is delivered via a convected output, for quicker room heating. This features a choice of 1kW and 2kW heat settings with built in thermostat control, to maintain a comfortable room temperature, replicating a coal fuel bed with glimmering flame effect.
For those looking for an even more realistic look, the Hereford is also available with a spigot and a 1000mm mock flue pipe.
