Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.

The Bed Market Platinum Saria 3000 Pocket Divan Bed is a ready to go divan bed suite, ideal for new moves or updating your current bed at a reasonable price.
The divan base features a split base design, separating the bulky base into in 2 halves (or 4 quarters on single models). This makes it much easier to install and position around your bedroom. The base itself comes in a choice of 2 premium wool finishes and features an extra padded base for enhanced comfort and integrity.
This base is paired with a Saria 3000 Pocket Sprung Mattress. This features 3000 individually placed springs complete with a Belgian damask mattress top and built in vents which allow the mattress to breath; improving its lifespan significantly.
The Platinum Saria is also available with a matching floor standing headboard, as well as optional built in storage drawers.
